With 8 years of dedicated self-practice in meditation, pranayama, and mindfulness, Jagruthi has successfully healed her chronic overthinking, anxiety, and stress. As a mother and wife, she intimately understands the challenges faced by busy millennial mothers, parents, and highly stressed individuals.

Through the practices of Pranayama breathing techniques, guided meditations, Yoga Nidra deep conscious rest, and daily mindfulness techniques, she empowers her students to reduce chronic stress, overthinking, and anxiety.

2. Sukshmavyama/warm up exercises before pranayama.
3. How to begin your meditation journey as a beginner ( 3 steps process )
4. 2 Pranayama Breathing Techniques ( Yogic Deep Breathing, Energy Balancing Breathing )
5. 5 mins Guided Meditation
6. Om Chanting and Prayer

class 2

Duration: 1 hour

1. 3 Must Do YOGIC STRETCHES with deep breathing before Pranayama
2. How to cultivate "self love and gratitude" through meditation practices?

3. 3 Pranayama Breathing Techniques ( for Focus, Calm, Stress & Anxiety Relief, Sleeplessness ) 
4. 5 Mins Guided Meditation
6. Om Chanting & Prayer
7. Q & A 

class 3

Duration: 1 hour

1. How to make a 20 mins daily habit of Pranayama & Meditation?

2. How Yoga Nidra can heal the mind and body? 

3. YOGA NIDRA Guided Meditation for 25 to 30 mins.

1. A pdf of 5 Pranayama Breathing Exercises to practice at home and 20 mins Daily Practice Guidelines. 

2. Online Class Recordings ( first 2 classes ) will be given for home practice.

1. Online Classes will be conducted as a Group Class.
